Homage to Apollo Original Painting 16 in x 20 in
So I’ve been an artist my entire life but never thought about taking it seriously until the end of 2015. As I’ve grown into my craft, I decided that I wanted to make a painting that had a statue in it because I've always wanted to try and paint one so when I decided to start working on this, I wanted to paint a statue but at the time I couldn't think of who. Then I remembered my love for Greek mythology and then thought about who could be the God of Art, low and behold through research I found out it was Apollo. I also have a candle known as “Apollo Santo” so I figured why not? So I decided that this painting would be a Homage to the Great Apollo, God of Art, Music, Poetry, Archery and so much more
